Order Process
We guarantee that the items will be shipped out in 2-5 days. Most of orders are packed within 2 days.
Dispatch Location
We have our warehouses in China and USA. Dispatch origin may vary depends on products availability in each warehouse and shipping costs from different locations.
Lead Time
We give lead-time estimation to each of product we sell. Customers can check “Availability” and “Out Of Stock Status” to obtain further information. We will e-mail our customers immediately with an updated lead time if the items they order are out of stock or can take a longer to ship.

Import Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any possible brokerages, duties or taxes customer’s state, region, or country applies. But most of our customers in the US, UK and other EEC Countries do not have to pay any import duties and taxes if the products are available from our local warehouse. VAT may be applicable to some customers in accordance to local laws.
Couriers We Use
Our preferred carriers are China Post Office, DHL,UPS and FEDEX. Other shipping channels are also available. Tell us your requirement, we will recommend the most cost-effective delivery channel for you.
How will I know where are my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email notifying you and allowing you to see its shipment status all the time. You can also send us inquiries anytime.
