Sorry, we do not refund the shipping fee.
Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment within 21 business days once our warehouse team has processed the returned product. Please allow up to 21 business days for your refund to post to your account. Normal bank processing times do apply and may take up to a full billing cycle.
In the event of a defect under this warranty, we will, at our option, return the product. Please contact customer service first to confirm whether the return conditions are met.
We offer free returns within 30 days of your delivery.
Before returning a product, please contact info@owlsetnv.com so we can give you all the information you’ll need to get your return processed as quickly as possible.
We only offer exchanges on the same product at this time. However, you can contact info@owlsetnv.com to check if it is available.
Your new product is held for up to 10 days from when you start an exchange. In the event you mail back the item after the 10 day period we will process it as a normal return and refund your original method of payment.
We’ll ship out your exchange as soon as our warehouse team has processed the returned product. Please allow 1-2 days for processing time plus standard shipping timeframes. An email with your exchange order tracking will be sent once your order ships.
