Owlset Warranty

 

Starting date of warranty period:

 

a)  For products bought from an Owlset certified distributor or dealer, the warranty period shall start from the date of purchase indicated on the invoice;

b) In the absence of a valid purchase invoice, the warranty period shall be calculated on the date of the product from manufacturing.

Special Notes:

a) For products not directly purchased from us, customer should contact their local dealer for an applicable warranty.

b) The warranty will not apply in case of damage, malfunction or failure resulting from alterations by the customer, accident, misuse of the product, fire, liquid spillage, acts of God, tampering or unauthorized third-party repairs.
